LostIt’s very probable that it’s not going to happen.

It looks like my passport and my visas have fallen at the last hurdle. They were due to arrive from England about a week and a half ago. I’ve spent the last 4 days visiting Spanish post offices and even the airport and it seems the package disappeared somewhere between customs and the airport’s central post office… Robbed? Fallen of the back of a lorry? Still on its way? I may never find out. People say there may still be hope of it arriving in time (if at all), but I’m really beginning to doubt that now.

I’ll not say “never” just yet, but I’ll have to stop hoping it’ll turn up soon if I’m going to try and start to plan anything else. I’m going to try not to be negative (although I appear to not be able to stop swearing and cursing at the sky), but just please bear in mind, DON’T use Royal Mail Airsure or the Spanish postal system for ANYTHING important. …and if you have a spare moment, go down town and throw a brick covered in dog turd through the post office window.

I’m sorry if I won’t be able to show you all the amazing places I’ve been. Fingers crossed the next post will be titled “Awww, it was in my back pocket all this time!”
